radio station service. Conflicting proposals call for
everything from 1000 watt separation for 100 watt station and

The original filings for the new LPFM service have become licensed
radio stations. As the commission finalizes the remaining
apps, we are thoroughly searching for available 100 watt FM radio
stations that have not been filed for. Many of these
frequencies are being found through our unique spacing searching
capabilities and good old fashioned "chess game" tactics. As
they are being found in precise areas, most applicants have yet to
find them. We are currently searching in a foot by foot method
over Eastern US populated areas. Further, we are actively
seeking licensees for these radio stations and are finding many more
than first believed. If you have been contacted by a Radio
Architect technician, it's because a radio station might serve your
